IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT WORKING

AT A JOB SITE

Volunteering at a Job Site:

We welcome anyone, regardless of skill level, to our job sites. However, be aware that this is a physically demanding and dangerous activity; therefore everyone must sign a waiver form before participating. No children under 16 are permitted and minors under the age of 18 must also provide parental/guardian consent by completing a special  minor waiver form. In addition we request that

everyone read our Construction Safety Guide before arriving at the job site.

ALL OF THESE FORMS (adult waiver, minor waiver and construction

safety guide) are available for download by CLICKING HERE.

If you have these items, please label (as appropriate) and bring them:

  • Hammer
  • Pencil
  • Utility Knife
  • Tape Measure
  • Cloth nail apron
  • Work gloves
  • Personal ear plugs

A few other considerations:

Parking:  Street parking is available at all sites and there is off-street parking at

the locations on 137th Street.   Be sure to lock your car doors.

Food/Water:  We provide water but please bring your own lunch and expect to eat on-site.

Who's in charge?  There will always be a supervisor at our sites and he will provide direction and insure safety for all.

Worksites:

Our primary worksite are all in Riverdale.  Please return to the home page for more information and a map.
