Construction Update

7 East 141st Street - Riverdale

A new rehab project. This is a small two bedroom home. When finished it will be new on the inside and out.

The transformation of the exterior siding has begun. Pictured above are before (left) and now completed (right) photo's. Inside we are insulating and beginning to install drywall.
